Foundry division is based in Nashik, Maharashtra, founded by SMAN group in 2007 & is now a leader in manufacturing Graded Alloy steel castings for heavy engineering industries related to the field of Mining, Cement, Crushing & industrial products as pumps, valves & mother machine casting.Capable of casting a broad range of parts, components & consumablesfor their clientele based in the business sector. Having established a wellversed modern foundry with state of the art machines & facilities toperform the task of producing highest quality castings with economicaloptions for their clients. 

The infrastructure of the foundry include two induction furnaces with anaverage production capacity of 750 tons monthly and minimum 750 kg to 4000 kg single piece castings with no bake molding process & to maintain the quality of the casting various quality checks such as spectrometer, chemical testing and physical testing facilities are all inhouse.
